All our classes are conducted onsite at our studio in Loyola Heights.  We do not accept Walk-ins so please register before coming.

 


Class Rates

Php 900* per class includes use of all props including mats
We offer reduced rates for monthly packages.

Yoga Basics

  • Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach or about two hours after a light meal.
  • Drinking liquids during the class is not recommended.  Drink about 15 minutes before or after a class.
  • Wear comfortable but not too loose clothing.  A shirt tucked in and shorts with knees exposed (so the teacher can check that your legs are aligned and working) are best. 
  • Classes are conducted barefoot.

 

  • Inform the teacher before the start of the class if you are menstruating or experiencing any pain/recent health concerns so she can adjust the poses for you.
  • You are encouraged to bring a  mat for your own use but you are welcome to use the studio mats.
  • Sanitize the studio props you borrow after each use.
  • Please come at least 15 minutes before the start of class as we start promptly.  The beginning of class is essential to prepare for the main class and helps prevent injuries.  Latecomers may be turned away.
  • Mobile phones may not be brought to the mat and must be on silent mode or turned off.
  • Our studio has a bathroom but no shower.  
  • We keep the fans and air-conditioner running during class.  
  • CANCELLATIONS must be made 12hours before class to avoid any charges.  Classes are managed through your punchpass login.
